Pontofrio Premium: A Flagship Retail Store Redefining the Digital Shopping Experience

Introducing a New Concept in Luxury Electronics Retail

Inspired by the need for a digital dialogue between brands and customers, GH & Associados created Pontofrio Premium, a flagship retail store that offers a unique and immersive shopping experience. With the rise of the Internet of Things and the increasing power of customer decision-making, Pontofrio Premium aims to provide a space where customers can feel at home while exploring the latest technology.

Pontofrio Premium stands out from other retail stores with its carefully designed layout and attention to detail. The use of space creates the perfect proportion for a retail experience, while the balanced combination of materials and colors sets the right ambiance for customers to experiment and shop for the newest technology. The store is divided into three areas, each with its own soundtracks and everyday usage of the products sold in those areas. To enhance the experience, each area is infused with a different aroma, creating a multisensory environment.

One of the standout features of Pontofrio Premium is the incorporation of the customer's comfort and convenience into the design. Customers are invited to sit in designer chairs as they are served by the staff, including for payments. This personalized approach adds a touch of luxury to the shopping experience, making customers feel valued and cared for.

The realization of Pontofrio Premium involved careful consideration of the customers' lifestyle and their understanding of architectural elements. The correct balance of ceramic, wood, metals, concrete, and lighting brings together the solution for this space. Additionally, a dehydrated vertical garden was introduced to bring nature into the store, adding a human touch to the overall design.

Spanning 275 square meters with ceilings reaching up to 3.00 meters, Pontofrio Premium offers a spacious and inviting environment. The store features a 6-meter entrance and a mezzanine for stockroom purposes. The technical specifications include ductworks for air conditioning and LED lighting, ensuring a comfortable and energy-efficient shopping experience.

Pontofrio Premium was the result of extensive research on market trends, customer profiles, and the company's position in the industry. GH & Associados aimed to create a design that not only catered to the targeted market but also allowed for sustainable expansion. The introduction of a new culture to the company, as it entered a new market position, presented both creative and technical challenges. However, the team successfully overcame these challenges to deliver a sophisticated and modern retail space.

Since its completion in April 2015, Pontofrio Premium has received numerous accolades, including the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2016. This prestigious award recognizes the outstanding creativity and resourcefulness of the design, as well as its contribution to improving the quality of life for customers.

Pontofrio Premium is not just a retail store; it is a space where consumers can create stories, share experiences, and enjoy the latest in technology. GH & Associados has successfully redefined the digital shopping experience, setting a new standard for luxury electronics retail.
